We do this in order to personalize your quote for an accurate service, invoice and avoid any surprise fees or hiccups in completing the service(s).
You do not need to be present for our site visit unless you’ve purchased interior, or “full”, window services.

Service pricing shown is for the minimum service provided based on property type.
Most properties require more work than the minimum services which include things like additional windows, access and window complexities, and other add-ons like heavy residue treatment, screen cleanings or repairs, etc.

RMWM Cancellation Policy

14-Day Cancellation Policy

  • Cancel or Reschedule Anytime: You can cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before your appointment at no cost.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 14 days of your appointment may incur a 25% fee.

  • No-Shows: Missed appointments without notice may be charged 50% of the service price.

  • Refunds: Prepaid appointments cancelled outside the 14-day window are fully refundable. Applicable fees apply for late cancellations.

  • Emergencies: We understand emergencies happen—contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
