Howdy!

Founded and operated by me, Dylan Houser, Rocky Mountain Window Maintenance draws on years of experience gained at Puget Sound Window Maintenance—one of the Pacific Northwest’s most trusted names in high-rise commercial and residential window cleaning. While there, I developed a deep skillset in safety protocols, rope-access techniques, and high-efficiency maintenance systems, all while delivering spotless results under the strictest standards.

Now based (back!) in Boulder, Colorado, I bring that same professionalism to every local project—whether it's a modern 1-3 story duplex or condo, a residential property with expansive mountain views, or anything in between.

With decades of customer service experience across the hospitality, retail, and service industries, I truly understand what it means to exceed expectations. I have a meticulous attention to detail that ensures every pane shines, every client feels valued, and every project is completed with care.

When I'm not completing RMWM jobs, I'm the full-time General Manager of the A-Lodge (Boulder & Lyons' Only Adventure Lodging), and I'm a committed outdoor enthusiast—climbing, cycling, trail running, and skiing across the Rockies. My connection to the local community extends beyond business; I actively volunteer with grassroots organizations like the Access Fund, Boulder Climbing Community, etc., that support environmental stewardship and public land access.
